p,

my normal bp off cycle is usually between 110-120/75. resting heart rate 55bpm. i have never really checked bp on cycle regularly but a few times i have its been normal.

just started anadrol 2 weeks ago at week 5 of my test cycle which i am doing at 750mg. all was fine until i bumped it from 50 to 75mg per day about a week ago. i am now feeling more fatigued and out of breath like shallow breathing and i checked bp today at home it was 140-145 over 80. i am not sure how accurate this is due to cuff size and will get a proper reading from doc later this week.

should i lower the dosages back to 50mg for the next 2 weeks?
anything else i can do do keep bp in check other than cardio and cut back on sodium which i haven\t been watching. i also started creatine in my post workout shake not sure if thats making me hold more water too.

only symptoms so far are out of breath faster, and i just feel sluggish and do not want it going up anymore.

i am not taking any AI, only dostinex at .25mg weekly as my endo has me for small prolactinoma i have.

thanks.

Increase water intake, lower carb intake...aas make you retain sodium anyway...you can lower it but it is essential to increase water intake.

Anadrol is notorious for raising blood pressure...why are you using it in the first place should be the question?

i am dieting on it and its helping with strength gains and keeping me full as i get leaner i will switch over to prop/masteron/anavar.

should i keep the dosage at 75 or lower to 50mg.

also does anadrol cause fatigue and heavy breathing?

I would drop the anadrol..it is no better in holding muscle or strength then test. Anavar IMO is much better and will also give you a harder look. The masteron should only be used once you hit 7% BF or less...otherwise you are wasting it and your money.

There really is no reason to run anadrol IMO.

yes bro i notice less fatigue and i think i was wearing a smaller cuff size for blood pressure so i am not sure i was getting accruate reading but its slightly lower now 130 over 80 based on proper cuff size.

also does anadrol cause fatigue and heavy breathing?

Extra weight and bp will always cause the heavy breathing (and sweating in my case).
As for fatigue, never did drol but on dbol I needed to take afternoon naps. And never had I napped in my life or since. Maybe it does the same?
