I ve been following a f day split trying to get more size on
Monday chest and triceps
Tuesday legs and shoulders
Wednesday back and biceps
I try to stay in the 8 to 12 range and try to either cut the rest time between sets or add more sets. And even doing drops sets .......I train alone so I have no spotter otherwise I'd like to go heavier for negatives too
So I was wondering if any of u can help me out and give me some constructive critisism and help me get huge
I do eat clean and about 5 meals a day plus a few protein shakes. I'm 33 and I do a lot of woalkin at work
Thanks in advance very much apreciated
Ps .....feel free to post some work outs I know muscle confusion is important for muscle sitimulation so workouts or links they'd be fantastic
Chau for now

Saying your diet is up to par and you are getting the cals you need and the macro's.
How many days off do you take before you start your routine again?
The split is decent but which exercises are involved?
Stick to your compound movements for growth, especially bench, squat, deads.
Check to see if your intensity is up to par. It is one of the weakest links for a lot of bodybuilders.

I think, as far as putting on size Marcelo, you may actually be doing a little too much, especially if you're not using any pharmaceuticals. Two body parts a day can lead to not the best of efforts for the second body part being trained. What I've used for years, and have always seen pretty consistent growth, is 1 body part/day with some calves or abs added on some days. My hours at work allow me to get in 6 days per week and split my workouts in this manner; Saturday-chest,abs. Sunday-back,calves. Monday-shoulders. Tuesday-hamstrings,calves. Wednesday-off. Thursday-bi's and tri's. Friday-quads and abs. I try to do a variety of rep counts to keep my muscles confused. For example on chest day, I'll do flat bench and pyramid from 2 plates at 25 reps to 4 plates for 4 reps with about 8 sets in total just for flat bench. I also include incline dumbell, decline bench, fly's and cable crossovers. It looks like a lot but I can normally do this in 1 hour and my chest is completely exhausted, but because I don't touch it again until 7 days later, there's lots of time to recover. I treat every body part, pretty much, the same way.
