I am currently taking yohimbe and albuterol to cut fat. I have previously taken hcg and lost successfully 1 lb per day on the scale. It was great motivation to see my weight drop on the scale, and keep it off for over a year. I have only been taking the yo+albuterol for a week but I haven't seen any losses, which is discouraging. Anyone have any thoughts on using HCG along with these or other fat burner supplements? 28, female, 5'5, 145 lbs

Weight loss is not linear and supplementation is just that, supplementation.
Are you tracking calories/weighing food? How much weight have you lost since starting?
You may need to re-adjust calories because what you were losing weight on before could now be your maintenance.
Plus, it's only been a week, and touching on my first point about not being linear, you can go a couple weeks without seeing the scale move and them BAM, 2-3LBs gone the next time. Scale can fluctuate a LOT throughout the day just from water consumption.
Don't let the scale get you down, go by how you feel and how clothes fit, but ya, if you aren't losing for say, 3-4 weeks, I'd re-evaluate my calorie deficit.

Cheers!

All three items are pretty much useless for fat loss. Yohimbe works on estrogenic fat stores which means it is somehwat effective in women but really i have yet to see anytign substantial from it. Albuterol is completely useless as it does not have fat burning properties...you would be better off to use clenbuterol instead. HCG also does not have any fat burning properties....it can somewhat suppress appetite but it does not burn fat. Any fat loss you had while using HCG was due to your diet and any exercise you were doing.

I would suggest doing morning fasted cardio starting at 30min walking daily and google Dave Palumbo diet for women and follow that.
