Carb Nite

Has anyone tried Keifer's carb nite solution? It's a Cyclic Ketogenic diet, 10 days at 30 carbs or less, with a 6-8 hour refeed or "carb nite" on the 10th day, then repeat the cycle and have a carb nite every 7 days. He says not to count calories, this is my first time experimenting with any sort of ketogenic diet, what do you guys think? I'm kind of leery about not counting calories.

It works just like palumbo's diet , anabolic diet , Atkins diet and all the other carb free diets. Just another spin but not inventing anything new.

True enough, seems like most diets have been done before till someone comes along and puts a new spin on them and re-markets the idea as their own
