Hi all. On a fat loss regimen now. Things are going well, diet and training are in check. Only been doing it for 4 weeks but have lost some inches. Stats. are 5'8.5, 249 lbs (down from 263) and 39 years old. Years training is about 23 (on and off) primarily powerlifting. Over the last couple of months it has been basically hiit and metcons. Without boring you with specifics gear has been a fairly big part of my lifting history. Here is what I am wondering.
I keep hearing how good t3 is. Just wondering how safe it is? I don't want to take anything which is going to mess me up cardiac wise. Also, at what point should I take it? When I get down to about 15% or go ahead and start now?
