My dad used to fax ppl. Thats from the eighties. But if many ppl still use it, might as well pick one up. I think most are fax compatible anyway.

So MP, what would you recommend for a telephone/fax/printer? give us the goods.:)

why would Staples complain?

the price on printing units has dropped quite a bit. The ink for them has not. The price of ink is retarded.

Can't go wrong with a Brother but I've never used it for normal phones. I also use winfax pro directly through computer fax/modems.

depends on the business, volume and budget IMO. I have an all in 1 HP colour laser with a flatbed... they can all be had for about 25% of what they would have cost only a few years ago. figure out what features you need and buy a big name brand for reliability; it's really that simple. Always best to buy a phone from a company that make phones unless you don't care about the sound quality or comfort. My favourite today is the plantronics calisto since the bluetooth headset answers my land line, cell phone and skype calls while being crystal clear for all of them.

I have two 4 in 1 both with wifi...one is a Lexmark X6570 the other is a Brother (I forget the model number). I paid like $79.99 for the Lexmark (50% off clearance) and $149.99 for the Brother. I like both and have not had any problems, the Lexmark is a little slower when printing, bit I like its scanning better...We did our Wedding invitations on the Lexmark and they looked great.
