Not sure if anyone else has tried this but YOU HAVE TO if you haven't already!!!!!

I took plain rice cakes, put some pizza sauce on them, slices of chicken, matzarella cheese and then some sliced mushrooms on top. I baked them for about 5 minutes give or take at 300F I think......the microwave would probably be better though imo. Just keep an eye on them so they don't burn. I kept it simple, but you can put whatever you want on them.

They taste just like pizza BUT you have hardly any carbs...none to worry about anyways, with lots of protein and some fat which doesn't matter since the carbs are so low. At a fraction of the carbs, same great taste, you have to try this out!

Cheers!

eat this all the time and love it, use bison and beef. Another fav of mine is low fat mozza, one whole fried egg on top of plain rice cake and tomato, nuke it to melt cheese.

egg whites mixed with oatmeal cook in pan spice with sweenlow and cinnamon and you got cookies to go!

^^ I'm with you. That's basically the only reason I eat tuna...all I need is a can opener lol. These are VERY easy to make.

You could try using a Tortilla as well as long as it is trans fat free.

Sounds tasty but how is rice carb-free? Just wondering?

Ya, they do taste good and depending on what you are eating for carbs or you view on dehydrated fruit. I have experimented with raisons, cranberries and even threw in some carib once.
Another variation of this is same mix; egg whites, oatmeal, sweetnlow, cinnamon, and throw it all i a blender and mix the hell outta it. Then pour and prepare as pancakes, use becel spray butter, and either watson's or davinci syrups to top it off. It is quick easy and it tasts as good as pancakes.
