An interesting study. Correlation and causation aren't the same and in reading the study it may be the reduction in Visceral Fat is the significant factor but it's nice to see a real double blind study on testosterone therapy.

I wonder if Diet therapy (chuck the carbs) would have a similar effect and once visceral fat is reduce if the body can re-establish normal production of testosterone and maintain insulin sensitivity/improve blood sugar levels without ongoing hormone therapy.
