i havent been on here in a bit but the meet happened on March 1st and was in Waterloo. here's video of me and one my training partners who did the meet too in the bench only, this was my first meet in the CPO and I like it a lot better than CPU:

It was at a high school gym i forget what its named. but basically if you know of Sebastian Burns and Bill Crawford founders of Metal Militia in New York, there's a chapter in Waterloo too, that crew held the meet. www.metalmilitia.ca
