hey p I've started on his 200lbs diet and I seen a couple things in it that I was looking to clear up, 1/2cup seems like a ton of almonds ate them anyways just making sure they measure right by volume and not weight. and then the salad with red meat just says salad no tomatoes or red peppers, wandering what's safe to put in it? and how big, as big as I need to feel full?
