Visa not going through?

Does anyone ever have this issue with Canadian protein? I've tried ordering from them but my visa won't even go through...

I have sufficient balance and what not, it works everywhere but the canadian protein and national protein site. Same goes for a friend of mine...

I had this issue once, I just used another credit card and it worked fine. I believe I just opened a ticket and explained the issue and CP resolved it for me and have been using the "regular" credit card since.

The billing address certainly does match the one on file with my credit card. How else would I be able to get billed for my other online purchases and not for the one on this site?
