Trustworthy?

Is this company trust worthy? They list no mailing address and have hidden addresses and names on their whois domain name record. At the moment, it looks like a random website that anyone could setup. I don't ingest products from websites like these, but if legit, and I can verify the owner of the company etc. it seems like a great company to do business with.

I am currently having problems with them and am waiting for a resolution. Having said that they have been excellent to deal with in the past when I've used them. Good product and speedy service. I hope they will come through for me.

Ive used them for a long time, never had any real issues. My only complaint is sometimes the tickets arent responded to as quicklym, but Im pretty impatient lol

All in all they are great. I believe, CP can correct me if Im wrong. That he posted some results from labs where he had their protein tested

What's the average time to receive your protein after ordering for you? Hoping my shipment shows up soon...

Awesome, I'd be interested in seeing the analysis results too, I guess I'll search the forums first.

It usually arrives in less than a week. On average for me its been about 2-3 days and Ill have it. It has taken longer but that was because I asked for something different last minute

I couldn't find this info searching the forum. I found a post from CanadianProtein.com saying that he will send CofA's if you PM him, but his inbox is full. Given that he isn't clearing his PM inbox, I made a new thread to ask (since others would be interested too I'm sure) which he has deleted. He PMed me saying to e-mailed the CP website. I have done that now and will await a hopefully prompt and informative reply with CofA's - IF, of course, they are not backing down from their claim to share the info gladly.

They actually said it would be posted on the website so we shouldn't even have to ask for it. But 3 years later...... still not there. Hopefully they can at least provide it by email.

I may sound negative but I'm not. I'm all for CanadianProtein and hope we can do well in this market! Just want to make sure you guys stay honest and follow through with what you say like any good company would do, right?

Yes, we have no problem with this, but to touch on your last comment, good luck getting this information from a company like muscletech or another big company.

Agreed, I don't think many other companies would be willing to share the info (though I'm not sure how many other companies stated that they would do so).

The reason we don't have it up yet is because it is a software reason how we wanted it displayed on the website, not any other reason and have gotten too busy to worry about something like this.

Ah I see. Well it's been 3 years; hopefully it doesn't take another 3 years to get it up properly :)
