anyone with experience with different brands of rings ?
Rogue, EXF, Elite, Rage, Xtreme, etc

price is not a consideration, want high quality, comfortable grip, etc.

what you got and why you like em ?

They are all the same shop on price. They are round. I picked up a set many years ago for my toy box. From a bodybuilding perspective they are basically useless. From a body weight control (gymnastics) perspective they are a pretty darn good toy ALTHOUGH if you are heavy and unready things like muscle ups are a recipe for an injury. Follow careful progressions with rings if you intend to used them for anything more than chin ups.

Everybody should have them. There are a few threads here,a number of articles on TNation.Ring flyes and presses are excellent,as well as rows with your feet against a wall, these are really helping to loosen up my shoulder. Not the same as seated rows with a fixed grip.

I've thought about getting the TRX which look like a nice substitue instead of rings for a home workout. Haven't tried either of them.

TRX is better for everything except ring dips.

Those look good.Check out pullups with these if you can get a couple of feet between the attachment point and the rings.Width of attachment can also be played with.
