I have heard that Gustavo passed away this past Saturday. He was a veteran of the boards, and always a very cool fellow. He will definitely be missed. Very sad news.
I do not like posting these things, but it came from a credible source.
RIP big fellow.

what does it matter? Why are you trying to play investigative journalist?

What mattered was whether it was true.

Well, i wouldnt have written it if it were not true...I would like to think i am bright enough to confirm it first....Pretty sensitive topic for those of us that knew him...Sometimes it is better to remain a non-typer and just read...

Hey guys. Gus was my uncle. He will truly be missed by so many. He was very intelligent, well spoken and humble. He and I were best friends for years. Hes left behind a wife and daughter. Please keep them in your prayers as this is such a difficult time for all of us.

Considering his accomplishments he was very humble.

Any reason you know of that his death didn't receive any press?

Any reason you know of that his death didn't receive any press? Could be the circumstances? A good friend of mine, who once competed as a heavyweight in Mr. Canada, was shot and killed by Hamilton police on Friday. The family doesn't want his name released to the press so only those of us (who have contact with his family) know what has happened. I'm sure it will be a shock to many when they hear it in the future and never had any clue what had happened. Very sad.

What accomplishments? No one here had any insight into what he did or did not accomplish is his life.

Why, for lack of better words, do you keep beating a dead horse?

I am not sure why you are so interested in his death and why you are investigating things so much. Will would not have posted it if it were not true. I think it is time for a mod to end this thread. FYI he has passed and we had a benefit for his wife and child a little while ago. Does that answer your question? Thoughts are with the family of Gustavo.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding but Gustavo77 (who was a member here) is not the IFBB pro Gustavo Badell.
