thanks guys, just started back into it. happy to finally have to hormones back on track. Amazing what you can do from home with just a few weights. i trained before for a few years but i was more worried about lifting heavy and looking cool then really doing it right.

Im getting better results taking my time and really working my muscles with better techniques.

i changed my diet has well but not has good has alot of you here. has long has i can see my abs im happy lol
