allergies on cycle

For more serious allergies, best would be Benadryl.
Any anti-histamine should work though.

the doc gave me a sample of a new nasal inhaler "Omnaris".......works well, but I am getting very light headaches.....they go away when i lift, which is weird.....but i guess thats better than it turning into a migraine......
