These guys have the worst customer service ever. They charged my credit card on February 24th, and I didn't receive anything for next couple of weeks. Tried contacting them, they don't answer phone at all and then even left a voice-mail, and still didn't hear anything back. Contacted their rep over here and this is what they said on March 19th:

3/19/2013 4:59:09 PM Hello (Name), we are terribly sorry, for some reason your order was shipped back to us. Would you still like a refund or would you like us to ship the product back to you?

and right away I asked them for refund on March 19th. Been a week now still haven't heard anything back yet and even from their rep. I think I might have to contact Collection Agency now. :mad:

we did call you back you back about your order last week as we still have to find it since it was delivered to the incorrect address due incorrect information in the shipping details or something along those lines. We haven't received it yet. We stated that there is a ticket in with Canada post to locate your package because it didn't come back to our address as of yet.

This got to be a joke right? Want me to to take a screenshot of my phone logs for past month and send it to you? And now you are saying it was shipped to a different address? Then how come it didn't happen to my previous order where same account was used with same shipping address? And what's even more funnier is that how you are stating you guys are still locating my package but then how do you explain this?

Either you are lying in your post or this person is lying who answered my ticket, which is by the way still open.

We can track it and see it that's why! I am the person that responded to your inquiry, so no, we are not lying and I remember this issue clearly. It must have been shipped to the wrong address for it to come back to us, or you never picked it up, or Canada Post screwed up and we have to wait for them to figure out what happened before we can just refund your money.

I'm tracking your package now and it's looking like something is wrong on Canada post's end. Non the less, if we haven't heard back from them by the end of the week we will surely refund your money since if it's been under review this long it was most likely their issue. We're NOT interested in scamming people.

Also, your ticket is still open because your canada post ticket is still open as well so we keep this open until we hear from them so we know the issue is still outstanding.

Ok, Thank you for this. I would have done this in private message but you guys don't respond back until we start posting on forums or make threads. But, I definitely didn't receive anything and 2 weeks ago I went to Canada Post office as well and they said nothing came over here with my name and address.

Yes, we definitely have to check PM's more often :)
