length of time on

hey prea I have a question about time on. Im doing provincials april 20 and was maybe thinking of doing nationals after but i will have already been on for 16 weeks come show time and nationals would be another 13 weeks of staying on. my main concern is with being able to have kids sometime in the future. ive heard random stories of guys being permanently screwed up staying on too long. could i go off for maybe 4-6 weeks after provincials? would it even make a difference to go off for such a short period?

I would suggest going off for 4 weeks and running PCT...you wont fully recover but it will make recovery easier after Nationals. You can also increase carbs slightly during this time and you wont even notice you are off.

I don't know what kid of doses you run but I was on at least 250mg test for over two years without coming off and with a PCT protocol that Prae suggested I went from ZERO sperm last April to getting my wife pregnant this past November on just the third week of an eight week recovery cycle. By that third week I was at the 30 million mark. My guess is by the end I was at least 40 million per ejaculate. Normal is considered 40 million. I highly doubt you would be permanently screwed. In fact I guarantee you to get your sperm count to a healthy level if you follow Prae's advice. PM me if you want the exact protocol.
