Lol!Thats near perfect form.
not sure how many of you have had the chance to meet SS but he is an absolute truck in real life. Great trainer and great guy. Cool vid dude! I might try that at a lower weight to get some more core involvement in my squat. Never thought of that either.

Cool. Those other vids were awesome. Very strong lifters. BUT they were only doing singles. LOL I did 10 reps - a little harder to keep the balance. Ha ha. That's me just trying to recover. LOL Those vids will give me a lot of motivation. Maybe I'll try some singles this week. I'll keep you guys posted.

lol.....i let it go cause he repped it out for 10....
Ok the plates did rattle a little lol.Still impressed with the form displayed here, most people squat incredibly dirty compared to this.I thought maybe some other big boys might have posted up a vid,one was talking a very clean 500 with no leaning.IIRC,Vince Taylor said in an interview that after working his legs hard with various machines,he only needed to use 135 with perfect form to get results. He acknowledged that it sounded really light, but it was effective if done correctly.Myself I've switched to trap bar squats since the vid in an attempt to get this kind of clean form.
