i bought a bottle of colgne like 10 yrs ago...DOLCE AND GABANNA "BY"
well, i ran out last yr, went to get more "sorry, discontinued".FACK

so where do i go...ebay.. some people have reserves set at $230 cause its rare...well, i ve been looking for quite some time, on and off... i forgot to bid on a bottle 4 days a go, it went for $72...shit... yesterday at work i went as high as $93....out bid for $96...(i didnt want to pay this..but, i NEED this scent..lol)

so, to google i go....i find a classified ad for new in box, retail $75, local pick up for $40....on craigslist June 6th i think...

email the guy, ask if hell take $50 shipped...."yep"

so if this actually shows up, im happy..

Fake.....by how long the smell stays on you. But cologne is usually not faked as much anymore....just gear.

A. the return addy or his name dont jive
B. on the bottom of ALL my other colognes have a sticker on the bottom, then a lot number stamped ONTOP of printing....none on this

i sent him this pic... right bottle is LEGIT...left is in question..

1. would a company change the inner cap?? i doubt

Hey bud. My bottle doesn't have a number on the bottom. The inside of the cap is white. I got this at a retailer in a mall.

Yours is probably legit. The stamps may have come from somewhere else.

Actually mine has a stamp now that I look at it sideways :S

0L05 is stamped on the bottom, but my label layout is identical to the one you have on the left, but with white cap and stamp.

I picked it up at a little retailer in the Burlington Mall. This was about a year ago. I will check next time i'm there for you.

And as I sit here comparing my bottle to yours with the sheeth missing, there's alot of differences for sure where it attaches at the top, mine is not metal like that it's clear plastic and the edge isn't as wide.. and the big By on the silver section is higher on my bottle. Also the Zebra design on your lid, I can't find that pattern on mine anywhere.
