Coaches in K/W area

Hey guys, looking for a nutrition/training coach and later a posing coach. I am planning on competing in 2014. If any of you know of any good coaches let me know. I would prefer an in person coach but that may not be an option since I am only in the K/W region for 4 months and Thunder Bay for 8 months
