Coconut water for fitness & bodybuiding

Does anyone here use this regularly? Took a look at it's nutritional profile and seems to be a great post workout recovery drink.
Please don't confuse this with coconut milk. Can anyone comment with experience?

The nutritional profile on coconut makes it a very effective post and intra workout drink. It tastes delicious when mixed with whey as well. It can be cost prohibitive which renders it out of reach for many, but if you havnt tried it to date I strongly recommend you do. I love it.

I drink this daily it has replaced diet pop. The only place in town is 7-11. No frills has coconut juice with pulp which I was doing for awhile, but pure water is best.

They don't all tastes the same either. I've had some that taste very rank.

Today my training was 3 hours of snorkeling in Aruba, so while I had coconut water as my PWO drink I thought about this thread! :D

It has been largely used in Brazil since the 80's due to it's superior hydration properties in pretty much every sports and by performers as well.
Extremely effective in a hot climate, personally I love the taste and find it very effective.
The only detail is: stay away from the canned stuff, it has added chemicals>
The tetra pack is just pasteurized and Shopper' is trying to push a new brand from Jamaica that is more affordable.
