Long story, but basically after 3 yr and sick of two.goof.lawyers, I.fired them and.decided.to.do this myself...

Had a settlement conference yesterday, and while.the judge was pissed I lied.AMD refinanced.the house, after seeing I paid marital.debt.she was ok AMD.said.I.couldn't be punished.for.doing what would.be.done.anyway, I.did what Am yormal.person would.do..o
She (judge) said she coildnt.believe why we are here.she personally wants.to see.this settle.... So.then the exes moron.of a.lawyer brings up spousal.support.as am outstanding issue (she made ($57000) last year. The judge shot.that claim.down in record.time too
Anyway, I've waited.three.years to hear from a.judge what I've know. This whole time and I.finally heard.it.. not.done yet, going back.nxt Wednesday AMD hopefully ex realized her.lawyer.has lied.to her.for.3 years with empty promises.....(ie. U r entitled.to.full.child.support.even tho 50/50....u do ont.have to pay half.th debts.....u will get spousal support ..AMD on AMD.on AMD.on )
