Cleaned up my diet for the last week and a half. Eating mostly Tilapia, chicken breast and brown rice with the odd shake. I am getting the worst headaches and cravings ever. Along with some edgyness. I am also taking some caffeine 200mg with 16mg ephedrine ed. I dont think its the caffeine because I am a crazy coffee addict, could it be the ephedrine even at that low a dose? My diet was really bad before and I have already lost about 5 ibs of what Iguess is water from eliminating high glycemic carbs . Sorry about the typing I dont have a comp at the moment .

Will I start feeling good again ?

What were your diet stats (carbs, pro, fat and cals) before and what are they now?

Before I was eating the average fat north american diet. Pizza eod high fat high carbs and maybe 80-100gs of protien a day. This went on for acouple months but I was still active. I cant really give u accurate macros because it was as little or as much as I felt like at any given day.

right now I am eating 1-1.5 cups of cooked brown rice 3x a day with 2 pieces of either Tilapia or chicken breasts 3x a day, and 2 30g whey iso shakes a day.

right now probably about 185 at about 12% bf at the most maybe lower I was fairly active espescially with crdio. My plans were to get diet in check and adjust until I get back into the single digits of bf then bulk, with healthyer food choices ofcourse.

Sounds like you may be suffering from carbohydrate withdrawal, due to the drastic change in your carbohydrate intake. This adjustment period may last anywhere from a few days to two weeks. Drink lots of water it should help.

I would lose the ephedrine for sure...nothing but garbage and it will cause you issues in the future.

You are getting headaches from the elimination of inflammatory carbs....it will pass.
