Back after being gone for several years

Hello CanadaBodybuilding!!


I think I was one of the first who had joined this site when MP created it---after MN.

I generally stay more on private sites, but have always come here to check out the info posted. So I decided to make an account again and join the fun:)

I have been bodybuilding for around 15 years. I made it to nationals 2 years ago, but did not use the card. So I am going to requalify this year again, and then head back up the ladder.

I see some old old names here, it will be great to touch base with the vets once again:)

I am currently 225lbs heading to 240, then down to 200 for stage prep.

Speaking for myself i'm doing great! Life is moving forward as it should lol. Training is good, cycle is awesome, have a new Grandaughter, wife is hotter than ever, i have nothing to complain about :)

VERY COOL!!

I got a bike for the first time last year...actually March 15th 2012 I was out for 4 days, it was my first time on a bike in my entire life.
I got myself a 2010 gixxer 600 with only 3000 kilometers on her. Rode her all 2012---well I put on 16k to be more realistic, and that's ONLY playing time, I NEVER drover her for work.

I was out of control last year bro---and this year I decided to go brand new zero millage. I sleep with my helmet on hahahahah I can't wait!!!

I am in Ottawa bro! I am addicted to speed and the gixxer drives me nuts!!

been riding for 4 years or so I guess. Bought a brand new 2012 Gixxer 600 last year. Had 2 CBRs before that. I sold my car to buy this bike, thats how much I like riding. I walk or take transit all winter so I can ride as soon as the snow melts.

In my opinion riding bikes is the most fun you can have with your clothes on.
