Prae,you might have noticed this being peddled for the bargain price of $299.They claim this is a carb that doesn't cause a big insulin spike.Main ingredients are di/tri peptides.What is this about other than getting rich?

Lots of marketing hype...I believe its by Biotest....the guys over at Tnation. That's what i hate about that site...some really smart guys but they push this stuff promising completely unrealistic gains...completely destroys credibility.

Use Vitargo instead.

I saw that John is moving from Biotest to Prime Nutrition. I dunno if he will also make amazing testimony for them.
