Soy lecithin is an industry standard used in many protein powders (at less than a fraction of a percent) that assists with 'instantizing' the dried powder to make it more soluble and mix easily in solution. Due to requests from our customers, we set out to develop a New Egg White Protein that was identical in every way to our current egg white protein, yet without the use of soy lecithin. Well, for those who were requesting it we have done it! Please be sure to check out our New Egg White Protein - same great taste, texture, mixability, and nutritionals - but now soy free!
