hey guys, so I'm new here just joined today. il start off by saying I'm 20 years old, about 5'10 , and weigh about 190lbs. I want to set a goal of a new life style. I want to start with a diet plan to jump start my Metabolism and slim down and then do something with a high amount of protein so I can bulk up. how can I make a good meal plan and a workout plan to help me start my new life style ?? thanks

Gawd i wished I knew now at 20 what I know now. FEED the Machine is my best advice... Your hormones at your at are at their peak for building muscle.
Eat like a 14 yr old girl and you will look like one.
1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight.

Eat real food only, nothing processed and life will be much better
