Hi,

I'm presently looking for someone who will be able to act like a trainer for me, helping me with nutrition, workout and being able to answer my questions. Someone who's gonna be able to make my dream a reallity. I know I'm the one who's working out but with someone who got experience in this, it's gonna be a lot easier for me. I'm a fan of bodybuilding and I would love to get in this universe. I wanna give my 150 % in this and nothing less. I've been training for at least 1 year, maybe more. I'm presently a military in Borden, Ontario. If you want information about my weights, picture or anything just ask.

PS: Sorry for my english, I'm french.

Thank you.

Contact smartfitgym.com. Trust me, whatever yopu said you want from a trainer, they are that... They are personal trainers,,, and train you personally, customized to your body.

checkout smart fit gyms site look at the testimonials. If you are looking at bbing lifestyle, I don't think that is the place that will help you. The guys and gals on here offering help bb for a living and compete regularly. if you order steak at a chinese restaurant, well you get what you pay for. Just my 2 cents.

Give us a shout. We have many clients all across Canada. Our website is www.elitephysique.ca or you could check out our Facebook page - "Elite Physique and Tan Like the Pros".
Are you on your TQ3's or are you stationed there? Mess hall food may make it a bit difficult if you are dieting down. I was in the military for 10 years so there are options for you - for example, when I competed I put in a memo for a special diet and the mess hall supplied me with all my food - I just cooked it myself.
