Conclusion is taken from the site http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3267522/ (i didn't write the conclusion)

The results are consistent with human and animal studies and a meta-analysis of the efficacy of green coffee extract in weight loss. The results suggest that GCA may be an effective nutraceutical in reducing weight in preobese adults, and may be an inexpensive means of preventing obesity in overweight adults.

I guess what they are saying is it may work.

I am going to try my own study big mac combos (diet coke) 3 times a day for 1 month with green coffee bean extract, I should be fit a fiddle.

Actually I may try it. (coffee bean not the big macs)

Has anyone here actually tried it? I'm a born sceptic especially when it comes to the new miracle product that comes from some obscure country that usually costs you your first born.

I have some reports in truenutrition forum...It is very, very good stuff....I love it personally....Makes you pee a lot, drains water from your body like magic..makes my skin look really good also..
