Hi everyone. I'm new here but I've been reading for a good while now. I'm having an issue with cottage cheese. Do any of you have recommendations of how to make it taste better? I'm having problems eating it after all these months. Looking to give it a different taste so it will go down.

Cottage cheese has a mostly neutral flavor so maybe Honey, blue berries, hot sauce, fruit.

Add some Sugar Free Davinci syrups to it. Pick a flavor that you like. Blend in a Magic Bullet. Instant cheese cake.

I do the same, usually I just put the protein powder and cottage cheese it's quick and tastes pretty good. If you don't like cottage cheese check out the greek yogurt at costco the plain stuff is almost the same price and just a bit less protein per cup. I digest the greek yogurt much easier and it tastes a lot better.

Yeah same here. I think it was on this board where someone mentioned the combo quite a while back. At first i mixed the 2 together, that was a bit gnarly but having each on a separate plate and taking a fork full of one than another wasn't half bad at all. It's a quick way of getting some quality protein in fast.

Thanks everyone. I tried a bunch of these and it really helped. The salsa is the best tasting for me and quickest to make. One table spoon in a cup of cottage cheese changes the flavour totally.

Ya I can't do cottage cheese either. I don't know if it's the texture, taste (or lack of) or both. I personally am a huge fan of Greek yogurt as as mentioned earlier, the 3 pack of Kirkland from Costco is a pretty good buy. Especially compared to the chain grocery stores. My .02

i usually add it to my oats, so that when i use water, its not bland, melt it in with the oats and it becomes kinda like a creamy thick substance, and then i add the Splenda Brown Sugar

I like to eat crunchy stuff so I started adding sprouted chia or flax seed powder
