Hi all,
I am kind of new to the fitness, training world and looking to get a trainer to get started in the right direction.
Does anyone have any recommendations for trainers online? Or does anyone know of some quality trainers in
the Calgary area?
Thanks for the help!

I train folks that want to compete, or to gain strength and size, or just to look and feel great. I do not do cookie cutter, it is a good process i run guys through prior to getting started.
If you are specifically looking in the calgary area. Dan Fedeluk is a good trainer, he knows his stuff, and is a heck of a bber as well...Very easy guy to get along with as well.
Good luck
