Hey guys this is my first forum, Im looking for a experienced coach to make be build another 10lbs of muscle before july. I train 6-7 times per week and im a senior in highschool. I already have an okay physique but want to get bigger in my chest,shoulders and lats! Im looking to compete in the next couple of years, so i am taking it very seriously! pm if you can be my coach? trainer. My gym is around queensway and cawthra. Im 6'2 195 as of right now. For summer i was 175 but pretty shredded but a little to skinny because u could really see my spinal cord from my back. i also want to gain alot of knowledge from this. Also i want to be 100% natural, but i am willing to try creatine for a bit.
My 1RM for bench is 245lbs
My 10 reps for bicep curl is 115lbs
DB curl 45-50lbs for 10 reps
Squats i need to work on* 215 for 10 reps
leg press 5, 45 plates on each side
