Ok guys. What have you been playing with these days?
Some of the supps out there are really hit or miss. Some get huge benefits, some get zip from the same product.

Going to see my doc as well. Have been hearing real good things about Selegiline. My buddy said it hits like a hammer, burned through 10 hours at work and felt like 2.

ahh yes. Nootropics. Are they legal in canada? I don't go to the vitamin shop to look. I make my purchases on ebay for what it's worth.
I've been playing around with Racetams enough to know that some work, and some don't. Noopept didn't work for me, but i didn't really give it a chance. So i will have make an other attempt to see if i can claim any benifits.
Pramiracetam is next on my list. I will be posting a daily log for any and all cognitive enhancers i use.
