so been reading about yams and sweet-potatoes, and since it's very unlikely that your store carries yams, I was wondering about the nutrition values as well? do most internet references also think sweet potatoes are yams? and the nutrition profile I have is correct or do the internet profiles mean actually yams and I should be using the sweet-potato profile?
