Poliquin apparently advocates mass quantities of fish oil.The potential for harming yourself is definitely there.

I may try krill oil next costco shop and see if I "feel" a difference from it. Seems worth a shot.

I don't know if you could feel it in a short time.This PDF lists the concerns researchers had in quantifying exactly what they were using for studies.
