Just one shot from almost 12 weeks out....Just started dieting for the Nationals and got down to 248.5 lbs. Just a slow weight loss this week. Lost some and then gain just about a pound and a half back!! Low carbs suck by the way!! LOL

I'd say you're definitely on track! You can see some good muscle separation and it will only get better.....you'll be ready 2 weeks out for sure. Very thick muscles....huge delts!

You grow muscle easily.

You look great bro, the only thing I would say is that your chest has great shape, but lacks mass compared to your arms and delts. IMO

Yes, Phats is right it's been a little hard to really hammer chest since I tore mt pec last fall and then re-injured it in Jan again.....Very light chest work to get a pump....it needs to heal before I can train really heavy again!!
