I'm Gonna Be A Father ! Thanks IW and Prae !

Today my wife and I officially announced to family, friends and co-workers that she is 12 weeks pregnant. You lucky folks are the first on the internet to know ! I have to give a very special heartfelt thanks to both IW and Prae for their advice on the male fertility cycle I ran . In just the third week on she became pregnant. Last April I had a sperm count of ****ing zero and posted that here. In July it was three million and my urologist said it would be a year to 18 months before I fully recovered on my own. In week three when we conceived it was up to 30 million!! One of those ****ers made it through ! Best decision I ever made. :yeah
Those two guys answered countless pms on the subject and were very encouraging. Both really know their stuff, which is no surprise to any of us who have followed their direction. You guys are ****ing awesome and we are all lucky to have you on this little forum.
A special thanks also goes out to Phats as well ;)

This it what it looks like for a 4 week course :

2000 IU HCG every third day
.5 arimidex three times weekly - I did Mon , Wed, Fri
Clomid 50mg twice daily
75 IU HMG every third day

2 IU HGH daily - this I did on my own to see if I could heal a torn meniscus a little quicker. Prae said it can benefit sperm production.

That's basically it. I ran it for six weeks but I now know she became pregnant about three weeks in.

I have attempted and achieved success at helping 5 fellas out now...Some guys used a little less hcg, some require more, everything else is consistent time after time....
HMG IS the ticket though IMO...gh can stay or go, hcg should be used, but one of my buds ran out, and used hmg only with chlomid, and anti e, it still brought him back from almost 0 to millions and millions of tadpoles...

HCG is higher is LH, HMG is higher in FSH....FSH improves sperm count...but both are necessary because the sertoli cells need to be bathed in testosterone in order for sperm production to improve.

I've recommended that protocol for many years...far from new...and as IW said...HCG dosage can vary from person to person...depends on many factors.

I have one lingering concern and that is that my sex drive has not returned. My nuts dropped, my sperm count soared and my lady got impregnated. But still I have very little drive. In the last week it has somewhat improved. My guess is that since I was on at least 125mg per week of test for three years straight and have been off for 8 months that I don't remember what a 'normal' drive is.I expect to be horny as hell 24/7 , like I was before my forties hit. Or maybe it's just being 43 ? Could it be mental ? I mean I AM mental in many respects. I've also been off anti depressants for a couple years now. Boosting my test with AAS was the best anti depressant I have ever used and I'll never use anything else again. I think I just had low levels when I was clean.

Most likely you had low levels when you were clean. At 43 you cannot expect to have the drive of a 20 year old either. And feeling what exogenous test does its difficult to go back to "normal" levels. Its like going back to dial up internet after having fiber direct. Give it some time and you can try natural libido stimulators such as horny goat weed, ginseng, tongat ali, etc

I would suggest waiting until your wife gives birth then if you arent looking at having more kids quickly trying TRT and see how you feel.

Would one be able to run HMG along side say 100mg a week of test? IE remaining on TRT and have some sperm production?

Cabaser is sometimes a great libido booster for guys off cycle...You wont be worried about prolactin, but it has other benefits, for dopamine receptors, etc...
Maybe look into it at a low dose...@ .25 - .5 mg e3d...

Doc added HMG 75iu e3d to the HCG 2500iu e3d for another 3 months and still 0.

So the protocol you followed is essentially what breaking edge fertility clinics are recommending (HMG 75iu e3d to y HCG 2500iu e3d). Again congrats!

AAS users always seem to be the most informed folks when it comes to things like this. Probably because anecdotal evidence is valued moreso . If doctors can't refer to 100 clinical studies they won't buy it. Having said that , I had to go to UG sources for my protocal. If we decide to have another child and I go on between that time I'll tell the urologist exactly what I need and have it paid for :)
