I recently switched to this because of fears about the processing of fish oil.Although it is more expensive, the bioavailability is higher apparently?Has anybody else made the switch?

Kirkland brand at costco recently introduced their own high epa/dha omega 3 this year. I use this exlusively as I find it is by far the best bang for my buck for omega 3 supps.

I think the processing of the omega 3 oil is exaggerated. For the price difference I will not switch.

Have you read what Udo Erasmus has to say about what processing these fish oils might do to quality?Potentially worse than just about any fats you might consume. That is why he selects only plant sources for omega 3's.

I use Krill also, but as for many products, one rarely feel/see a difference... it's like 'by faith' we make those choice without having the chance to empirically experience the product.
