For about an hour today it felt like it.My 18 yr ol doesn't come home,no huge event.Dont hear from him by supper.His phone is broke,his gf can't find him.Wife starts checking hospitals.Kid by first name only in the ICU,in a special chamber with a tube in him,spent approx 7 hours unconscious outside,they want us to come up and identify him.Last night was extremely cold,I'm thinking he's already brain dead or will amputate something or that he is in fact already dead.Get in there and he's groggy,likely from a lot of alcohol,two black eyes,stitches,swollen facial features,blisters on his fingers,swollen hands,obviously been fighting.Car is gone,as well as his ID,he has no recollection....I get asked to leave for giving him hell.Christmas comes early.

I agree.Three guys...boots to the head.Hes not going to lose his three left hand fingers.About 8 hours on life support and he bounces back!Nurse told my wife she didn't think she would ever have a conversation with the kid.This was really,really close.He should get out tomorrow.

They were definitely happy,daughter and mother-in-law in town.He had some elevated enzymes or whatever related to his kidneys that should subside,he will need skin grafts on his fingers,and likely numbness in the tips.

Too much drinking.He will pull through although it has made him think about his partying.Its about 60-70 yards to get to the ICU at foothills,my teeth were just clenched going through,I figured they were going to take us into a little room and make us wait for a grim doctor to come in.Really stressful.
