This is a before and after picture of me, before taken mid March and the after one just taken a few days ago. Started off at 128 lbs. and currently at 150ish lbs. All it really took me was a SOLID workout routine, healthy eating (at least 5 meals a day) and the motivation to not give up.

To everyone who thinks they can't pull off what i did, trust me you can, all you need to do is be consistent and dedicated to accomplishing your goals.

Bench - 235 lbs
Squat - 175 lbs
Deadlift - 155 lbs

Nice transformation in a short amount of time, when I was 16 I went also from 145 to 185 in a few months! Ah those fantastic newbie gains when you are young and begin!!

Congrats! Hope you did that without gear at your age.

Very nice transformation. Don't make the mistake that most young guys make which is to not give priority to legs and back. Your bench far exceeds your squat and deadlift. Those two lifts should exceed your bench. Concentrate on big legs and a thick back now and you'll never have to play catch up like I did. I was in my thirties before my back caught up to my chest and arms. Now it's my best body part along with my legs. Being able to wear shorts year round is a good thing. Tiny legs are for goofs. Looks as though you are relatively short so you should be able to pack on some lean mass and get thick as ****. Good luck on your endeavours.

Excellent job!! You've made a great transformation thus far, but as was said it's now time to get hitting legs and back hard (and I mean balls to the wall wishing you were dead after the workout hard!!) and bring up the squat and dead-lift.
