what kind of dosing protocols work best. I've tried 2 weeks on 2 weeks off but have also heard good things about 2 days on 1 off.

not sure if pulsing clen is good, that 1 day off will probably not prevent it from becoming ineffective after a few weeks, but I am not sure. Pretty much everyone I know who uses it does the 2 weeks on/off protocol so I think thats a safer bet.

I would tend to agree. I have not seen any data to show, but I would imagine that only 1 day off would not be enough to replenic your b2 receptors. I stick to 2 weeks on 2 weeks off.

You're right, the 2 days on 1 day off doesn't work to re-sensitize the beta2-andrenergic receptors.

But the question is why? The answer is simple. Clen has a half life of 26 hours meaning that that one day off it is still actively affecting the sensors.

2 weeks on, 2 weeks off is the accepted method. Longer can be done if ketotifen is present.

My opinion? 4 weeks on, 4 weeks off... I have run this cycle for YEARS with great success.

Clen needs to get into the system GRADUALLY, and increased with every dosage. I usually take 5 days to load the clen into my system, and take the final 5 days of my 4 weeker to ease it out the exact same way. So technically, I am only running Clen at it's full strength for approximately 2 weeks. Here's my own personal dosing schedule:

Day 1: 30mcg
Day 2: 60mcg
Day 3: 90mcg
Day 4: 120mcg
Day 5 to Day 23: 150mcg
Day 24 to Day 28: same as Days 1 to 4, but in reverse

Then I take 4 weeks off to give my receptors a rest... a COMPLETE rest. I take no ephedrine whatsoever inbetween these Clen cycles. Ephedrine is also a beta-2 agonist, so essentially, your receptors would be getting no rest whatsoever if you took ephedrine during your "off" time from Clen.

Perfect reason why, except the half life is 36-39hours ;) Why half-life didn't even come into my mind when giving my reply I have no idea. Feel dumb now lol

I like to start off with 4 weeks on then go to the 2 week on/off. Some people take Benadryl at night as well as the time off.

Stops working for me after 2 weeks, that's going up to 200mcg...I wish I could go 4 weeks :)

I cramp up at 120mcg unless I'm drinking a good 6l of water per day. As long as I do that I'm fine.

Are you taking Taurine, Potassium, and Magnesium when this cramping occurs?

any diet suggestions for clen? I've heard moderate carb, high protein, low fat works the best.

I'm on 80mcgs right now and am noticing some cramping , shaking, and a general lethargic feeling despite supplementing with taurine, potassium, and energy drinks.

How much Taurine/day, as well as the magnesium and potassium?

i don't take magnesium but have some laying around. I take twice the recommended dose of potassium (200mg) total but i realized that its only a fraction of the ~3,000mg rda.As for taurine i take one teaspoon 3 times a day mixed with my protein shakes/ crystal lite.
