Hey so my gym member ship expires in March and my hubby said he would by me a home gym from Flaman Fitness. of course we have a budget so my question is this...
Bowflex or regular home gym? and why??
I already have a smaller bench and free weights, ball, step, bands. Its going in a 8x10 bedroom so space is limited.
thanks

Kijiji.
Personally don't like bow flex because of limited range
I agree with cog.
Instead of flaman check out Luckiesin Edmonton or online. Best deals around.
Squat cage, bench , plates and a bar are all a person needs :)

purchase a solid adjustable bench and a squat cage/rack as well as an olympic set and some DBs you should be able to do just about any workout you want and in time make additions here and there as you can afford it.....hell I won my first contest with only a Weider 110 lb weight set and no bench.....

Yeah but with a Squat cage, bench , plates and a bar you can't get a Bowflex body!

Was it al Beckles who claimed that for the first few years all he had was a flat bench and a pair of 20 lb db's?
