I am a fairly young (nearing 30) but I noticed that I am getting really pronounced wrinkles across my forehead. I feel self-conscious since I work very hard to stay in shape and look good. Most people I talk to about it say that its no big deal and I should int worry about such vain , frivolous things.
My question is, is there any products out there that can help slow em down? I know Botox works but I am on the fence on such a expensive thing. Any creams or gels? Any input is appreciated.

Vitamin E? I use it everynight and still yet have the odd wrinkle, tho I do get compliments on looking well younger than my age "40" told I look more 30ish. Not sure IF the Vit E is the reason.

We've gotten into using coconut oil, yes the kind you use for cooking, it has no additives. Is it working for me,meh, probably not but it sure is making my wife's skin soft. :)

I love the Avi GB!! :)

Don't mean to be overly offensive but if you're worrying about minor wrinkles before hitting 30, you're in for a hard, hard life my friend. You're essentially at the age where you'll either:

a. accept who you are and make changes based solely on your own happiness -not necessarily for narcissistic reasons either (ie. if you love working out, you'll always look better than the average couch potato)
b. spend the rest of your life doing "damage control" for your body, as things are never going to be the same as when you were in your early 20's.

I'd suggest following "a"
