hey iv been doing DC style for the past 2 months, i may come off soon and start PCT, not too sure yet, but im curious to know if its a good idea for me to stay on DC style training, or is it better for me to do a 4 day standard split.

i like the idea of doing dc because i would imagine i can keep size and strength more than if i go back to a normal 4 day routine, what are your thoughts...

keep on dc.....it'll help you keep your gains.....but you are done blasting now so its time to cruise.....so keep the weights up to where you are but drop the rest-pausing.....so do straight sets with the same weight and if you have any exercises you want to try out then go ahead and add them in to see how you like them before you blast again......

what do you mean your gona start again , what do you do between the cycles? similar to what you told me? you just drop the rest/pause or do you switch routines and go lighter for a while?

i just started my 1st cycle yesterday.......but in general I do Dc all year long.......i switched to a 5x5 program for a month to work on form ( all i did was bench squat and deadlift 3 times per week )......now I am back to DC.......when my cycle is over i will do exactly as i told you earlier......i'll keep the weights up but skip the rest-pausing......so i'll just be doing straight sets and if i want to try out any new exercises i'll do it then.......

and here's another thing with dc......when you come off cycle and decide to cruise you can change up your rep range for the cruise.....so instead of 6-10 reps for rack deadlifts, you do 15-20......you still end up getting your ass kicked in the gym but you arent going as heavy........

dude last time i came off i stayed on dc and didnt lose to much. Id suggest staying on it.
