I've searched the forum and found some old posts, was wondering if someone has any new suggestions (where to buy from).

I was reading a book, and decided to cut down some fat, (stubborn) around waist and belly, I currently do 45 min of treadmill every second day and really hope that this supplement can assist!

I hate to be a downer but Now the reality is adding a supplement like yohimbe or ephedrine or even clen and t3 will not give you the results that you want. A serious change in eating and hitting the gym is the wiser course of action. Failing to plan your meals is tantamount to planning to fail.

If you have never taken this stuff before, I would start slow. Personally I haven't tried it but my fiance has and it gave her crazy anxiety.

Thanks for the replies guys! If anyone has any other sources aside of TN, please IM, I won't divulge... I've drastically changed my diet, no more eating past 7:30, and trying to control my apetite and not swallow my food and watching my calories..

I have a little belly, and a bit of a waist which I'd like to lose...

I am using the stationary bike 4x a week for 45 mins each time.. :) (stopped gym for a bit, I'd like to get lean first) I've been going to the gym for 3 years, so I have muscles, but more importantly I want to lose that fat! then resume weight lifting and watch the diet.. !

I get it from TN, even with shipping it beats all other prices I have found. Never had an issue with receiving it. I usually only ordered 1-2 bottles at a time 90 day supply rule just in case.

Like others said, start with 1tab of yohimbine, in some it causes nasty side effects. and NEVER MIX WITH EPHEDRINE, NEVER!!!
