Ok lets start with the cycle and then get to the training.

Off season is a time to grow and the best compounds for growth are long ester test combined with an anabolic like EQ, deca, etc. There is no reason to ever include masteron in an off season...it is purely a cosmetic hardener and you will only see the effects if you are extremely low BF ie 7% or less. Save your masteron for when you need it as in the last 5-6 weeks before a contest. The prop is unnecessary as well...yes it gets in your system faster but it not like you will make better gains with it. I would save it again for the last 8 weeks before a contest as it imparts less aromatization then long esters. I prefer tren acetate over enanthate as it provides more of an increase in aggression which leads to higher intensity training. I would also save that for the last 8 weeks prior to a contest. Adding compound over compound does not impart better gains. There is a limiting effect(dosage + compounds) when it comes to anabolics as our receptors can only deal with so much. If you are going to run the dbol then run it week 6-10. Its a waste to front load an oral...you will get much better gains by utilizing it when your blood levels of test and EQ peak...its called synergy. Just watch out with dbol as it is probably the leading cause of gyno and it can kill appetite so if you cant eat all your meals thats why...and that doesnt lead to great gains.
Off season cycle=test E, or C or sust + EQ, or Deca, or Primo

Training...basically looks ok with a few questions...why partial deads? Full resets off the floor impart much better gains in overall density and will strengthen the posterior core better. No barbell bench or inclines on chest day? Dumbbells are fine but becomes extremely dangerous when you start getting into serious weight..ie 150lbs and over. Barbell benches are much safer if done correctly and provide an overall upper body growth mechanism. Incline smith are great after benching to really stress the upper pecs and you dont need to go super heavy...go for more reps in a strict fashion. I would also include hams on quad day and do them first. Hamstring development comes much more from deep squats then from leg curls or stiff legged deads. If you want hanging hams you need to drop into the hole when squatting. Glute ham raises are a great builder as well if you have access to the machine. Also the order of days is important...you dont want to be doing legs after back day...the weakest link becomes your tired back and limits leg development. Switch things up...legs, chest, off, back, delts, arms, off is a good example.

One thing that is noticeable right away is that you place emphasis on cycle, then training, and finally diet is the very last subject with only a few lines. The problem with that is diet is much more important then the other two. I can take a client on a simple cycle of test, doing only a few basic lifts and using a superior diet will out perform and grow more then the person on a super cycle, crazy training and a lack luster diet. Emphasis needs to be placed more on nutrition as it is what fuels your training and your growth. Macros should be measured, and meals spaced out evenly...the body loves consistency. I would suggest 5-6 meals plus a PWO shalke eating every three hours minimum. Watch your carb intake if you are not physically working hard....time them around training.

Well P beat me to it and did so in a very concise fashion. Nutrition is at least 70% of your gains with training being next in importance and AAS needs to be viewed as a supplement only and not the bread and butter of your gains. Oh and if you're getting 6000 cals per day I doubt you'll need a junk day.....Mind you I seriously doubt you're getting 6000 cals in a day....as P pointed out weigh and measure your food and then you'll know for sure what you're getting each meal.
