Hello from Vancouver

I'm an ESL student who come from Istanbul in Vancouver and I've been here for seven months. I have Robert Lee YMCA membership (i think it's the best in this city) I've been pumping for 3 years. Also, I'm addicted to bodybuilding forums, discussions and stuff. Luckily, I bumped into this forum and joined. I hope to get bunch of tips from seniors.
