7oz cicken breast
200g sweet potato

Total:

This is an average day for me and I have 1 re-feed per week at 1g of protein per lbs of myself and keep fat as low as possible and the rest are carbs(mostly pasta) and I eat around 3200cal that day.

Hows this look??

if thats a cutting diet than i would up the fats and gradually lower the carbs IMO.

I would suggest a few things...

1. Consistency...your meals are all over the place macro wise...try to get 45-50g pro + 15-20g fat, each meal
2. Frequency...go with 5 meals and a PWO shake...total - 6 meals...just leave out the fat in the PWO shake if you are having carbs
3. Have the majority of your carb intake timed around training

I agree with the above statements...lower the carbs (and to keep the cals consistent you can up the protein on a gram for gram basis). keep all your protein amounts the same each meal. Lose the dextrose as your cutting not gaining and just have an isolate shake post workout. Use some BCAAs in your intra workout drink, and as was said you may need to improve your fats with EFAs as these will assist with maintaining your hormones as well as assisting with all kinds of other physical functions including fat loss and EFAs as with all fats are a solid energy source and fats such as MCTs will also assist with fat loss and energy. You're right you have loads to learn about nutrition for bodybuilding whether natty or enhanced.....

Im following Layne Nortons diet for cutting if your wondering how I came up with these macros and the dextrose shake is intra work out to provide a insulin spike followed by a low gi meal within 30min of the workout. I take Extend right when I wake up in the morning and drink another glass after my work out with the low gi meal. And I do see what your talking about how my macros are all over the place Im mostly just focusing on the timing of my carb intake. Like right when I wake up and the majority of them 1.5 hours before the work out then a little less post work out to help stablive the insulin spike from the dextros shake.

So you're going to have to tweak the diet a bit here and there to make it more effective for you.
