Hello there folks!

So I came across this website and thought this would be the perfect place to ask for some advice! I am a 26 year old, 190 lbs female and I'm looking to add a protein powder or gainer to my workout. My goal is to gain muscle and lose some fat, to become more toned and leaner. My boyfriend recently purchased Mutant Mass that he is going to try, would this be a good for me to use?

Any info is greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

i think our guru's are going to ask for some stats or photos, there's not too many 190lb. women looking to use a weight gainer. These boys will set you up, they're some of the sharpest dudes I know when it comes to diet and conditioning.

First thing would be to cut down to the desired BF%, then add muscle after.

As for protein, there is some good place here among our advertiser where you can have good quality and good prices.

If this is a real question...then DO NOT use a weight gainer!!! Get a quality whey isolate (PVL whey gold is a solid product) and set up a solid nutritional plan for fat loss and muscle preservation/growth. You'll also need some type of workout and cardio program/schedule designed with your goals in mind.
